In which case Ums I apologies. As it was the first post you've written and you joined around the time this MBK thread started, and you just happened to stumble across this thread, and it happened to be about a company you have used a couple of times, and you write in the same tone as the person that works at MBK, I just assumed you must have been one and the same.

Can I ask, why do you think so many people are down on this company? You have experienced it for yourself so you must know their strengths and weaknesses?

I really hope you are happy now!! You have managed to destroy my honest company within 24hrs! I know it dosen't matter what I say on here, because you have already made up your mind on me! BUT im gona say it anyway!!!

My reasons behind the company were geniune and honest, I never ripped anyone off, Everyone who has order vehicles since last week are in the process of all receiving there money back. I have now stopped trading!!! You will be happy to hear!!!

Ok my website wasn't great! Let me tell you the reasons why! I have previously been ripped off by web designers that took thousands of pounds of me to present me with a website that looked worse than the one ive got now, and it didn't even work!! So this time I decieded to go with ekm because they offer a good back room features, and I had control over the design. However im not a web designer. But I thought it looked ok, and it worked! Also used one of there templates!! Yes I did copy and paste some images but not being a web designer I didnt know another way.

As far as I was concerned I thought I was operating a legal company, I spent many months looking at other sites before I started this business.

In regards to some of my details being published on here, so its ok for you to break the rules of this forum. But when I made a mistake its a problem. I just wish you had rung me and told me about problems and I would have delt with them?? Everyone on here has slated my company without ever dealing with me. I think thats double standards.

If you had taking the time to pick up the phone then you would know, we never pushed anyone into a sale! We was always willing to answer any questions, and if you had read my terms and conditions you would see that a full refund would be offered if we failed to supply a vehicle. And I always stuck to that!! I wanted to grow a business with a future not just a quick fix!!!

I understand that there is dodgy companies out there. I wasn't one of them!! Ok I made few mistakes but what business dosen't????

Anyway that's me done!!! I hope this sinks in, How you ruined someones life in 24hrs?? Thanks

By the way i never charged a fee for my services!! This was not a scam like you think!!!

As a customer who had ordered a vehicle from MBK Finance.

I was surprised to receive a refund last night. The company were very easy to deal with having spoke to them on the phone a couple of times.

I would like to thank all you busybodies for cancelling my new vehicle.

Though I suppose that you can't answer that question though, like the ones about your Consumer Credit Licence or why your "Honest company" only accepts payments via Google checkout?

I can understand the principles of this kind of furum and me my self as a third party was grateful for all the comments that you left.I was so sceptable about my wife taking what we might say was the cheap option for a lease vehicle for her buisness.After returning the paper work on Saturday to MBK i rang them my self Monday morning to see what would be the next step.To my horror their telephone number was suspended.We EMailed them but no reply.The check out my wife payed the deposit through was Google so we requested a refund from them.My wife was at work and i have been on nights so late this after noon i recieved an email from MBK explaining that they have closed buisness due to this forum and were seeking legal advice?.I honestly do not know the reasons why they closed but i can honestly say my wife was given a full refund at 17:28.I have read early threads and can justify the problems with their web site fully.We are just normal people who might be a bit niave but Nick at MBK has returned our money with an apolagy.Before you say it we have nothing to do with them. My name is Tom from Warrington in Cheshire.We could have had a good deal in this climate but some people have got nothing more to do than know everything.

Would this be legal advice as in how to run a leasing business or legal advice as in how to deal with charges of fraud?

If I were you MBK, I would stay away from legal or you could find yourself picking up the soap. Probably best you ended it before you ended up in serious trouble.

I'm 100% you're a troll but if by some miracle you're not, then your buisness was crap, the website amateur in the extreme, your supposed "supporters" were all you signing up and you come across as a complete tool.

How can you expect anyone to trust you with real money?

Nick and MBK I do feel for you, and I respect that you do have customers out there that valued your service. I just think for you to pull the plug on a company, and a service, you believe in so much, just because of a few comments on this site, you knew that things were not quite right.

There are lessons to be learnt. Maybe you have an idea that could and would work, but go about it the right way. First step, get yourself a consumer credit licence and start again.
