Your website states 'Guaranteed Car & Van Finance'. If you do not offer finance why do you have this line?

Hire/Lease agreements are still caught by the Consumer Credit Act.

You need a category 'B' license for this type of activity, providing your agreements last for more than three months, which they clearly must.

Alternatively, if you are just passing business to another company, you need a categoy 'C' license to cover credit broking.

So..........can you confirm that you have a consumer credit license?

HI I am in the proceeds of getting an Audi through MBK finace.Since i apllied all my telephone calls and E-Mails have been answered.They have answered all my questions and i feel confident enough that they will deliver my LEASE vehicle.All paper work has been returned (yesterday)to them and i am just waiting on a reply of when delivery can be made.If you look at other lease companies on the net all their vehicles come with 12 months road fund license aswell.I will keep post updated if i occur any problems but fingers crossed i wont.,it suits me to lease rather than buy.

i have recently used this company to buy a bmw convertible of which i was very happy with the service the payments are quick and easy and my car was at my address in 8 days and ive reccommened to friends who have also had no problems and both have recevied cars
