Anybody living within the East Manchester catchment area for Re-generation should have their broadband with Eastserve. it's a government funded initiative and one which means you can get wireless broadband for £6.00 a month.:T
Also you can get a brand new computer, flat screen monitor, printer, etc etc for £200:D- simply by living in the catchment area. It's suprisingly big area too as I didn't think I was classed as this area but apparently am.
go to https://www.eastserve.com to enquire
ps service has been great, much better than those I have previously used (the usual suspects)

but that is for a 256KB service - 1MB is £20

"You can now get Eastserve Broadband for as little as £6 per month. Find out more about our tariffs:
Bronze £6 per month (150k)
Silver £10 per month (256k)
Gold £ 16 per month (512k)
Platinum £20 per month (1024k)"
Someone's avin a laff with this - there are plenty of ISP's out there who can beat those prices - though I note if you pay by standing order they double the speed, though I've never heard of 150 or 300 kbps broadband!
I wanna know which pubs in East M/cr you can go in and buy an "almost new" brand new computer, flat screen monitor, printer, etc etc for for well under £200?
