It's just like those big posh papers isn't it.... Cryptic Clues:
3 Down: a website that sells a particular type of furniture
We've no idea how long the word is and we've no letters in already.0 -

Well, there needs to be a first name that has something to with furniture. So, Woody? Matt? I can't think of anything else off-hand, but you're more resourceful than me, PN.
Alternatively, it could just be something like John Lewis, I guess, but they sell all sorts of furniture. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

My full RL name is a website that sells a particular type of furniture...
Rupert McBain? http://www.rupertmcbainfurniture.co.uk/
John Makepeace? http://www.johnmakepeacefurniture.com/
Harry Douglas? http://www.harrydouglasfurniture.co.uk/
Can we have the first letter please, LJ

Achh., s'no fun when you know the people's names. At least I forgot viva's for a while when I wondered what her mother's dog was called.
I've met up with an MSEer and I kept calling her by her name here. I knew her real name but I just could only think of her as her MSE name.
I googled myself today:o There is absolutely nothing about me in my married name online, with any of the derivatives of my name I use. Its like I dropped of the earth mid last decade.
Unlike Pn I'd admit some of the other stuff in my maiden name, but no one would believe me!:rotfl:0 -
If you Google my real name - you get lots of hits.
They were nearly all in America (back in those innocent days of 1998) - never realised how much my ancestors did trying to populate the colonies.
Once upon a time there was just my son and some farmer over here, so I had to switch to something more common.;)

On another forum I go on, loads of posters use their RL names. Seems a bit wierd to me to be honest. I actually prefer lir/PN/Wheezy etc. About a year after I registered I wished to high heaven I'd registered as marvin the martian. But then I'd have to have "where was the kaboom. There was supposed to be an earth shattering kaboom!" as a signature.

Good suggestions. As stated, it is a particular type of furniture, not furniture in general. However, my first name is uncommon, hence I'm afraid no clues...
At least, until I can find out which filth films PN has been in...
I've never met anyone called clamlappers before....It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
Googling my RL name gives more than 200,000 hits. There are at least two really famous people with the same name, and since they've written lots of books, the name appears on countless book-selling websites. Attempts to find any web references to my name that actually mean me do occasionally come up with one or two, but I've just tried and couldn't find any.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

I just had a very non-mse moment. Even I paled as the magic potion from space nk went through the till. Its telling that my nDulge card is almost loaded enough to buy a lipstick.
etail therapy does feel great, but lets not talk about in laws tomorrow, eh?0 -
