A waste to cook one lot but then you state you have to reheat the rice to get it as hot as possible? Not quite the saving you're making out.
Exactly. I simply use the same mug and fill it to the same point. You do have a mug PN?0 -

It's easy to count stuff twice IYSWIM.... and have a feeling that you're doing well, when in actual fact you saw the money arriving today as being part of last month's earnings and because it's just arrived you mentally see it as this month's earnings too... it can give a false illusion of what you've got really.
I got told as a pupil that there's a risk you spend a cheque 3 times - once when the brief comes in, once when the case starts, and once when you get paid........much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Agree it's not the real McCoy though.0 -
But how do you import them?Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
Bargain of the day, Tesco selling off their already cheap plants. I managed to get some little acer bushes for £1.50.

Silvercar, I'd let the seed fall for a new crop next year. I think parsely is a biennial?? Not sure though. Never tried eating parsely fower, but I would if I had some. we tend to use all ours up in salads. mmmm. parsely. Mine didn't germinate
I had a lovel salad tonight though, home grown lettuce, prawns and picked lemon some dandelion heads, flat leafed parsley would have been just the ticket in that.0 -
