What on earth is a dobbin, other than a pet name for a mule?
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Birds...? You're buying Bernard's factory in Norfolk??

I'd like an earning potential of £500. Things were going up .... and then things have now gone down again ..... Overall, if it didn't go down further I'd be happy at the current income, but as I don't flog shiny stuff on my site/s then Nov/Dec tend to be No Go Zones and things drop off.

I really wish I could do/make stuff and sell it... getting stuff shifted wouldn't be a problem - if I'd been focussed on shifting one item right from the start, that I was making myself. And I've no interest in buying in other people's stuff to resell, or to hold stocks.

I'm fine too, but spent-up for the time being.:)

On a controversial note, I received notice of my Winter Fuel Allowance today. Apparently, it will arrive in about three weeks, just in time to save us from eating Spam for Christmas dinner. :D

However, having thought about it, I reckon as we have plenty of timber, and wood is what we burn to stay warm, it wouldn't be a misuse of the money if I bought a shiny new chain saw with it.

Spam? Chain saw? Goose? Spam? Turkey? Chain saw? Decisions, decisions...:(

Ours hasn't been used for a couple of weeks. But it is brilliant a tool.....

I did see somebody advertising the other day for somebody to undertake horse blanket cleaning. I thought of you/business potential, but figured you'd know about that anyway and do it if it were interesting/lucrative. Somebody wanted their horse blankets mended and washed.

For the earning potential (which I revised upwards) it will all be suck. Its kind of like the Credit crunch style banking, its all negative numbers so doesn't feel real IYSWIM.... Felt a LOT richer with it in cash, rightly or wrongly!
