27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only

Yes if the tracking has shown it all the way to your local area and then to courier, that will be the local delivery person and it should be delivered today.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
Mine is still showing as waiting to be collected at Manchester (since yesterday) so I guess they won't collect until tonight. Looks like Wednesday delivery for mine now.
I am curious to see what goes through on my card as I have pending transactions of £42. My Matalan order was £23 after all the deductions (£32 before), then only other thing I have ordered was from Sainsbury's and that was a £16 order with a £10 voucher so that payment should be £6.
£6 & £23 only comes to £29 so not sure what the other £13 is and if one or both stores have charged more than they should have.
Just a case of keep checking my account until the pending go to charged and then I might be on the phone to one or the other storeEverything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
Just had my order delivered and the delivery note shows my total after all the discounts I used.
Quite pleased with the pyjamas, and the biscuits and liquorice allsorts are ok but I wouldn't have paid full price for them, they are smaller than they looked/were described and most of the big supermarkets have similar good deals. But overall for what I got and the price I got it for delivered I'm very happy Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21

I'm kinda terrified now as well as excited to get mine since one was OOS, and I really am anxious to see what the delivery note says for the total. I'm hoping to see a number 5 somewhere lol, specifically 52.0

Just received my two orders :j with all the discounted prices. My total orders should of been £128 but the delivery notes only come to £116 so that will account for the chocolate being oos.
My free bear is gorgeous. Just hope everything fits now lol
Stop worrying everyone, your orders will come and at the right prices (well hopefully) lol

2 big bags delivered to me just now.
1st one, some pjs and a toy (used 5 codes all in stock)
2nd, reordered the first order
plus cardis knickers and bras and slippers for DH (used 5 codes 1 OOS, hooch hooded scarf, really wanted that as well 
)
correct prices charged, i think, they adjusted the prices to the total money i paid minus the OOS item £4.92 full price £8
now, i'll just have to go instore to swap my duplicate items, naughty me
