My order is now saying it was at the Brighton service centre at 7am this morning so I'm expecting it to come today or tomorrow :j

Money hasn't gone out of my account yet, guess that might be a couple of days/

Mine has all just come All at discounted price even though my dispatch showed full price and they cancelled my previous orders even though they didnt reply to my emails so very happy

Mines now saying 7.30am- 'delayed due to adverse weather'. It's in Brighton. We have no snow or anything. :rotfl:

OH crumbs am getting bored now as i said i know wat happens EVERY WEEK with my online shopping i have queried it with visa also and have been told that the verified by visa is just a security measure to make sure u are who u say u are,

does it really matter wether it is for apples n pears from tesco or flaming knickers from matalan Nope

am sure i am not the only one who has said this too

i have also said i have had one despatch email with all codes used and the correct amount taken
and one despatch with all codes used and a couple of items out of stock with the correct amount taken on the same day as purchase surely they then cant go back and take some more money from my account ??

Just had another peep at mine, it's in Lincoln now, 7.30 am also even though recently updated. Mine's also delayed due to adverse weather.

Soooo, it's managed to get from Manchester to Hams Hill, then to Lincoln, since late last night, and now it's stuck.

We have no snow. I've been to Lincoln and back today already for work! :rotfl:

Mine's also "delayed due to adverse weather" in my home town! And we have no snow now, and the depot is all of a 5 minute drive away! I guess they just have a backlog of parcels to deliver!

Despatch email shows all items present and correct, and all discount codes applied - so fingers crossed its all worked for me!

Well done Matalan for honouring these!
