hi all - not been on for a while again, not much going into the big pot but still been puttnig shrapnel into the whiskey jar x hopefully that will get fairly full by christmas, fingers crossed i can get some agancy work and overtime coming in too, i do have two evenings overtime booked in which should be 5 hrs a day so an extra 10 hrs to do so far

decided to do a pot for £2 coins as well and save for treats throughout the year and towards holiday spending money(not thta we have any money to go on one at the moment but im living in hope).
where do you all change all the small change eg 1p, 2p, 5ps etc? my bank and hubbies will only take 5 bags at a time and i have a lot already so by december it will be loads(with any luck)sealed pot member no :081

I've been off work this week poorly
following my holiday, but I've just emptied my purse and added 80p to the temporary jar. I've decided that all purse/wallet change up to 50p will go in the bottle and ALL roadkill. (50p's won't fit and keeping £1's saves me withdrawing funds from the bank) 0 -

Anyone watch the comic relief thingy with Lenny Henry etc? bawled my eyes out. Makes you think how lucky we all are. My daily £1 that I pot is an absolute fortune to them poor things. So sad.

It was money saved to go out tomorrow night, but have decided Id rather stay in and save the money. Never ever thought I would say that lol. I am a money saving convert!
