    Afternoon all,

Haven't posted in a while but have still been adding to my tin, must have potted a good few handfuls of change and a paper one too:D
Only 9 months left till we can open them:p

£199.55/£500 savings by End of April 2022

    Make £2022 in 2022 - £20
  • Haven't been on here for a while - have been really trying hard not to draw cash out so have had very little loose change going into the tin. Just found an old current bank account that I haven't used for years with £24.00 in it which they are going to send to me and close the account - Will put this in the tin when it comes through. Also just started to sort stuff for a car boot - depending on how much I make it will either go into saving account or into sealed pot.

Hello all, 1 measly penny for my pot today that Miss Lily found while daddy was clearing up the livingroom. Every little helps though

    Hi Savers :D

Long time, no update  been super busy with work and this weekend I have listed 55 things on Ebay as it's free listings weekend :j

The sealed pot is coming along swimmingly and there's been A LOT of 20p's going in there so I'm hoping to smash my target this year ;) xxx

  • I've just managed to catch up on the posts, LC that must have been so distressing, I can't begin to imagine how someone must be feeling to do that, just awful.

I'm so pleased you had a good time FM. I know what you mean about going back to work for a break, that will be me tomorrow :D Although I'll be on the countdown to my next block of annual leave at Easter, only seven weeks to go :rotfl:

I have finally completed another batch of ebay listings, 20 of them for today. It's hard work but it needs to be done. I'm going to carboot whatever doesn't sell, not that I've ever done a carboot before but there's a first time for everything and I really need to de-clutter. We moved into this house over five years ago and I've still got boxes that need unpacking, I've decided they will be unpacked at a carboot sale as we obviously don't need it.

Anyhow I hope everyone has had a good weekend, I've had a NSD today and don't have a penny in my purse so unless hubby comes good my pot will go hungry today :(

    Take care everyone xx

Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j

  • Evening everyone

My you have all been busy. Well done on the potting.

£1.05 for Rosie today. 5p change from the shops and £1 from my purse which I held back just in case. I have 2 £2 coins lurking will see how long they last before I put them in. I like to challenge myself :D
Anyway had to do some coaching today and will be paid £30 thats a nice surprise, I wasn't expecting it. :j at least £10 will be fed to Rosie when the cheque arrives and some for VSP and and the rest into holiday spends fund.
Thought it best to allocate it so that I dont just put it in the bank and spend on rubbish and cry when its all gone.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Fat club tomorrow, so whatever I get will go in the pot, its been a fiver for the past couple of weeks but anything will do. I will find out tomorrow how I have got on in the rugby and footie stakes so maybe some more if my lucky streak has not come to an abrupt end :D.

Take care one and all and catch you all later.

    TTFN xx ;)
