Got another £2 coin yesterday, was beggining to think they were running out lol

also potted 2 x 5ps today and 2 x 1ps, (one of them was roadkill )

so thats a grand total of £2.12 this weekend

off out to walk the dogs (and look for more roadkill :rotfl:)

Sold my car today - chuffed! :beer:

Even more chuffed at the fact that I found nearly 6 quid in 'Parking change' in various nooks and crannies when cleaning it out the night before :eek:. To the pot with ye!

Also asked for a couple of £2 coins with my change from the supermarket today, just to get the ball rolling in the other pot. :rotfl:

a few pennies in my pot on saturday, will be paying for the holiday on the 17th if all goes well. if not will just pay the deposit for now. we had too use the money we had in our savings account for some unexpected expenses. sorry if i havent been on here much been feeling really sick lately but dont know why ?? anyway hope everyone is well take care xxx

Well it still sounds very wet and windy out there - so take care if you are out and about in it. Still looks dark and dismal.

Think we are off out today trailing around garages as we are considering changing the motor - its more a case of need than choice. Ours is getting on a bit and more and more things are starting to give us a bit of bother. I don't really know one car from another and absolutely hate these pushy salesmen. If they get too bad I'm more likely to walk away. :mad: It's always a problem of getting something you like that fits in the the funds available. Spotted a car we quite liked at the weekend but OH pointed out that yes we could afford to buy it but the running and upkeep costs would be more than we could manage - life is never simple.

Oh well will just have to wrap up and get out there and see what's on offer at a price we can afford to buy and run.

I got a real money saving bargin yesterday ~ i got a terrimundi from the local carboot sale for 20p :j
So i now have 2 :T the 'new' one will be fed a strict diet of £2 coins only.

9p found in my boys' room while tidying, so tinned it, my tip I think :rotfl: It should be 100 x that considering the state of it.

More should be added later once I've been to get some bits and bobs from town, and get my sons hair cut, that should be fun :mad:

And a very windy one it is too, but at least it doesn't feel too cold. I havent ventured outside yet but need to pop out.

Anyway I dont know what happened last night I forgot to post my pot for the day.

£2 coin & 8p I dont know whats going on with the 8p thing but I think I have potted that finger in loose change on top of the coinage about 3 days in a row bizarre!!! :question::question:
