Why is no one ever giving any £2 coins as change anymore?!!? LOL - Nothing added to my pot as nothing received as change! :)

    Morning salski
If you live near Morrisons and use their self service tills, they usually give you £2 coins in your change ;)
Oh dear. I had to raid my pot. I cut the sellotape off andtook out about £25. It was an emergency but I feel bad about it. Will reseal and set to again!

    Morning heretolearn
Not to worry, thats what the pot's for, at least you had the money sitting there :T. Just pop the amount you took out into your siganture for me please as it helps when we do the grand total at the end. Thanks :D

    Hi Guys.

Following a really successful weekend in my new additional earning and saving trend...I made nearly £600 last week and should make about £250 this week:j...so, yesterday, my secret sealed pot that the family know nothing about received...£40 !!!:D

I can't wait till xmas to surprise them.If this success continues I might take them all on a ski holiday for Xmas!!..:j..now that would be great!!...I can dream I suppose ( but dreams do have a habit of coming true) !

    Hope all are doing well

    Evening everyone,

It must be a week since I last posted, this ruddy cold won't go, one day I feel fine and could take on the world the next I'm knackered and coughing for England.

Last week not much went into the tin, I did shopping online so didn't have cash on me. Today I've been into town so put £2 in the tin and found another bag of copper in the wardrobe.

    Morning Diane
That's like a confessional :rotfl:. You need to say 5 hail sealed pots and 6 thank the lord for road change :D.
Hope you're feling better soon hun X ;)

Hi folks, just come on to say hello....trying to stay away so i don;t get sent to the naughty spot!

I am struggling for money to put in my pot.
I try to have as low a spend as I can in January, so not taking any money out of the bank. yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
It is surprising how when your children get older :T you need to carry less cash with you less of the time. I would like to say it is brilliant BUT the boiler has just gone up it and we need a new one! arghhhhhhh!
Oh well it comes in and it goes out.
I SAY IT COMES IN AND IT GOES OUT!
    :D

    Morning Reb
Good to see you hun, as if we'd send you to the naughty seat! Sorry to hear your boiler's taken the knock, costly darn things they are .

You take care hun, see you soon XX

    Morning all

Another £2 for pot today :j

I think there must be an awful lot of 'potters' or 'msers' in my area as roadkill has totally disappeared - never mind I will keep my nose to the ground. Might go for a walk later today - burn a few cals and hunt for roadkill at the same time - could be a double bonus day ;)
