Hi everyone - TheBees would like to sign up for this year's challenge please. Saving £2 coins and other loose change with the aim of reaching £500 in total. We've been saving in our jar for several months already so its probably got about £75 in it already.:j

We have an 'undetermined amount' in the pot tonight...the lovely wife scraped out the bottom of her purse for me tonight, for shrapnel (she then looked at me, like a schoolteacher does, when your about to question them; you know the look , it's the one over the top of the glasses :rotfl:). I then added £1.10 of my own car booty money (it was spare, as my pc spares etc. cost less than I thought :T). No roadkill today however (***big sigh***). All good stuff though, the pot's getting heavier ....

Oh, and Sue U-U I know you said, "You've thrown down the gauntlet", well I have accepted it . The design process for the 'masterpiece' has begun. I use the word masterpiece loosely however :rotfl:. I just hope I can rise to the challenge :rotfl::rotfl::D.

Managed 60p from shopping change today plus my first 1p roadkill!!!

Thanks Sue i have been owed bits and bobs of notes from people so that has helped the amount rack up quite quickly, so doubt I'll be as good next year!

Got another 20 quid given to be today from the MIL which she owed me - so thats straight in the pot

Evening fellow potters. I have managed to read through all todays threads. Well done one and all. Its not fair no sunday roast for me today...been at work all day and noone to cook for me ahhhh! I was droolig. Hope you all enjoyed it ...she says through gritted teeth :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

£2.21 for Rosie today including 1p officekill. Rummaged through my drawers yesterday but not a penny in sight.

I am much earlier tonight as it was early start with early finish. Back on earlies tomorrow then off again for 5 days whoop whoop. I love my job but its January..not good.Not wishing my life away but lets have some more sun and warmer weather.
