    Happy New Year to everyone!
Hope you all enjoyed the partying last night if you indulged. I'm feeling a tiny bit fragile today I must admit. Not so much the alcohol, more the lack of sleep I think! May find time for a nap later.

Anyway, I added £1.27 to my silver pig this morning, 20p I found in Tesco on Thursday evening and £1 +2p in coppers from my purse. I usually put in the coppers and 5ps but I will try to put a bit more in if I can.

    1p roadkill

Plus £7 from £1s, 50ps, and 20p found in my purse and my OH's stash of change in his little 'man-bag' (no, he doesn't know, naughty, but he won't even notice, he's too lazy to use change to pay for anything so he ends up with a big load until I raid it!).
Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j

OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.

Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.

Can i join in this challenge too Sue plz?

1/1/11 seems like a really good day for new starts. Can you let me know how I go taking part in this challenge - apart from dropping my coins in the pot. Do I just update post with how total is doing and whether or not I'm staying on target.

My pots on standby waiting for my first deposit.

Happy New Year to you all
