I have a s/sheet a lot of people snagged a copy of for 2010. Wouldn't take me long to do the tweak needed to use it for 2011......
If you want a copy PM me your email addy, and let me know what s/ware you use for s/sheets (and which version if Excel)Cheryl0 -
Hi,
Cheryl did up a fancy spreadsheet that she shared here.
Just in case some of the new folk haven't seen it, here's a link to an old thread where Frugaldom collated tips and handy links (including stuff about laundry gloop and soapnuts).
HTHTrying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far!

Just had a shock then remembered most people don't count the mortgage!! I was shocked, ours is almost 8,600 a year! going to factor it in so i know roughly how much we should be spending in a year but won't put it in my challenge budget if that makes sense?
Just had a quick look through and 'have to spend' is just over 12k not including mortgage!! This includes minimum payments on credit cards which we actually spend more on each month to get them paid quicker! having looked at this now i'm in shock! i need to do some serious shopping around tomorrow for better deals on insurance etc!! effectively speaking though even though this total don't include presents etc and holiday funds (both parents are taking us away in 2011 so we will have 1 full week with my husbands parents and a few midweek breaks with my mum.) They pay the most of it we just have to find some spends! but even so just on H's wage we should still have around 6k a year that we aren't spending!
Need to get serious in 2011!!
1 cc should be clear by Feb time, hopefully another by end of summer, and then fingers crossed the other one and overdrafts could be done by xmas depending on how well i stick to the challenge lol!!!!was Proud to be dealing with debt! LBM 12.09.09 [STRIKE]£23,157.76,[/STRIKE] 28/03/11 £12.827.07:eek: Not quite sure on debts now as kind of gone by the wayside but back on form now! Will edit as i figure them out
Hsbs CC £5313.73 Overdrafts (3) £3173.84, Marks and spencer CC £0AA CC £3400.18

Savingcaz at least you know now. It might be worth putting some of the excess into an easy to get at savings account so it can build up and be there for emergencies or to pay off a debt at the end of the year.0

Hiya! :hello:
Can I join you please?
I signed up last year, but never really did anything about it.But I'm determined to this time!
I need to look at all the bills etc, so will come back with a budget.0 -
Please can I join too? It's been an expensive year and I've taken my eye off the ball.
We have just paid out for solar panels eek and we will finish paying off our mortage in November so should hopefully see a little more capital released. However, my job is government funded so with all the cuts who knows- therefore, it is important to keep our spending firmly reined in.
Thank you:j
