I'll raise you with negative feedback because a bag I sold of my wife's didn't match the buyers outfit because the white was a different shade than her blouse
I got a similar negative for a blouse I sold. Buyer expected me to refund and pay her postage costs because it didn't match the skirt she wanted to wear it with.0

BIN mobiles sell quicker, your loss.
problem is its to nigerian scammers and you have to go through a npb process !This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I hope you also stated that you will not post overseas lol. The amount of times I have listed a mobile phone to then have to relist it because it has turned out to be a scammer who expects me to post it before paying (I hope no one ever falls for that one eh).
I have myself been cheeky before with phones, will ask many people if they have a BIN price.. but I ask them "if" they have one. I dont offer them less than what has been bidded.. and tbh if it has a bid on it, I wont ask anyway I will just watch lol.
I sold a phone I had bought on ebay the week before selling it for £130.. some cheeky person offered me £20 lol. * Mummy to my 2 gorgeous and amazing boys *0 * Mummy to my 2 gorgeous and amazing boys *0

I too feel like ebay is more hassle than it's worth, the amount of items over the years I have bought and never recieved and recently had an awful time with a seller.
I bought a ps1 game for £9, which didnt work as it kept freezing at the same point in the game. I emailed him politely stating the fault, to which he replied it was nothing to do with him and you should go to game and pay £3 to get the disc cleaned. I stated no I am not paying £3.20 to get the bus to town then £3 to clean the disc after paying you £9 for the game, which incidentally you are selling 2 other copies of at the moment and could easily replace it if I send this one back, and it has everything to do with you!
I eventually had to ebay dispute and eventually got £3 back, which I used towards another copy of the same game (I found another on ebay for £4.30)
I left him a neg, to which he wrote sarcastic feedback underneath saying he had solved my "issue" so no need for a neg, then sent me a frankly abusive message.
for all the good bargains I have had off ebay, there have been too many problems and it's nowhere near as good as it used to be.0

The other annoying thing about Ebay is I have sold series 1-4 DVD Boxsets of Lost, the most postage Ebay would let me charge was £1 each. 3 of them sold to the same person so I got £3 postage when it cost me £7 to post out... How is that fair??If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.0 0 0

I tend to include the postage in my start price for things like that, and put in the listing that the cost of postage is included in the price - then I list it as free postage (whilst explaining that the start price includes postage of £8 or whatever!)
I had a heavyweight horse rug ( a good make!) listed a few times on there - I bought it new this time last year for well over £200, and my horse only wore it for a month or so over last winter. I listed it with a start price of £90 (postage of £10 - they arent light!!) - which is more than fair, its got no rips or tears, all that it needs is a clean.
I had two questions about it - one from someone asking if Id take £50 including postage.... errrr, I dont think so!!!! The second question was almost as much fun - "have I got a BIN or what would I accept as an offer" ... my answer to them was "no - I dont do buy it nows, if i did, then it would be on the listing - and yes, you are welcome to make me an offer - you offer £90,on my bid page and I will accept that as your offer...."
The "is there a BIN price" question drives me nuts - Im all for trying to get a bargain, but !!!!!! if i wanted a BIN, there would bloody BE one !!!!! :mad:Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0

I've read many stories about Ebay where someone has had a bad experience, it's a shame really because it can be a good place to buy.
I've had a couple of bad ones but I have also had some that were very nice and helpful, either sent the items with more than was stated and one even emailed me to ask if everything was OK and hoped I would get a lot of enjoyment from the item.
I once bought something by mistake and I sent the guy a message, he asked for my phone number and we chatted, luckily he turned out to be very genuine and cancelled my payment and he re-listed his item, he offered me another item that was what I really wanted and we struck a deal, I received it well wrapped with a nice letter.
But as usual the bad ones spoil it for the good ones.0

Totally COl7777 - same old story all over the place. Ive had some fantastic buyers, and Ive bought loads from ebay and had mostly good experiences. My friend on the other hand is having a nightmare time with someone who bought something off her - its amazing how different people's experiences can be..Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0

I'll raise you with feedback stating that the photo made the item look better than it actually was. The photo was a scanned in copy of the actual greeting card.0

I`ve just had customers complain they haven`t received their goods quick enough, despite being aware I was snowed in all last week! I also explained that if they didn`t want to wait, no worries and I would be happy to offer a full refund. "Ignore the eejits...it saves your blood pressure and drives `em nuts!"
