tocco lite phone freeze

i have just brought a samsung tocco lite off my freind from work but it has a phone freeze on it, how do i unlock it

If you mean keylock - then you press the button on the right hand side of the phone.

its a phone freeze, which means it wont work with any sim card

I also have the same problem with my tocco S8300. My son gave me his ex Vodafone contract mobile phone. I placed my pay as u go sim card in and away I went. This was 3 months ago. I recently ran low on credit and left it about a week before I topped up. The phone will switch on, the camera and keypad works ok but I just can`t receive or make calls or text messages.

There are no freeze messages either. The only thing I have only just noticed is a telephone receiver symbol with a red line going through it at the top of the screen.

Any help or advice would be great, many thanks in advance

I've just had to replace my 11-month-old Tocco Lite due to it freezing up... not happy, it cost me £70 to buy another phone :mad: Word of advice where the Tocco Lite is concerned - dont bother!! Before anyone asks why I didnt just have it repaired - its been repaired once already and the repair only lasted 3 months. I need a reliable mobile phone and this one just isnt!!!!!
