BL4B Battery for Nokia 2630 phone

I need to buy a new battery for my dad's phone but don't know who is a good company to buy from. The prices vary so much. I bought one from E Bay but had to send it back as it would not charge. Can anyone suggest a reputable place to buy from. I would rather pay a bit more and get a battery that works.

Direct from Nokia. Or one of the high street retailers.

I agree getting direct from Nokia/High Street Retailer could be safer, but personally I couldn't bare to pay such a premium like that.

Here's an example of maybe a more trustworthy seller than you've experienced - almost 20,000 feedback and part of eBay's Top-Rated Seller scheme. The battery is brand new and just shy of £6 delivered.

This is as opposed to the £19.99 delivered price from Nokia UK.

Do think Nokia are quite expensive. Didn't pay much for the phone and would replace but dad likes his phone and does not want a new one. It has taken me years to get him to use a mobile so can't risk a change for him.

£6 battery is likely to be a copy, Even genuine ones have had heat issues. Mad to risk an unknown
untested copy/fake item.
