Talk Talk Moving house

Hi There
I have just moved house 2 weeks ago and Informed talktalk of this before I left.
They said about change of ownership taking 10-15 (and 10-20) days.
They originally told me my broadband would work straight away but nothing has come of it.
Anyway now been 22 days since I told them and now no-one on the phone can talk any sence to me.
Just wondering if anyone else had moved home with talktalk and could let me know how they got on.
