A huge thank you to our hero Martin for saving me £220 on past bank charges from First Direct who (naturally) are “ mindful of the management time and irrecoverable legal costs we may incur in relation to such a claim. For those commercial reasons alone and without any admission of liability whatsoever first direct is prepared to make a payment to you in the sum of £220, in full and final settlement of this matter”.
Yeah, right! Shame there isn’t a 0 on the end!
Many thanks again Martin, as a freelance writer I don’t make a lot of dosh so every saving is worth a lot. Keep up the great work, I recommend you to all my friends.
