Looking for a new phone

I'm in need of a new phone but I have no idea where to start. I want something that is around the £100 mark, the cheaper the better. Any decent phones going around? Preferably, I'd like it to include Wi-Fi and a decent browser.

My brother recently bought the Orange San Francisco, which he highly recommends - is there anything that is similar to, or could top this?

    Generally speaking, no. IMO, the San Francisco is the best overall device at that price point (and quite a bit above it as well)
