I know - had it over a year so out of warranty and I can't find the receipt for it. I even tried Flying_Fresian's method of drawing out the moisture in rice and it has not worked
However HMV have an offer that ends today for any iPod except the shuffle and get a £25 iTunes voucher AND a £20 HMV voucher, thinking that could be 2 more xmas pressies with my purchase

Palema is a lovely lady - we became firm friends last year during the Soap And Glory Grabbit at Christmastime when she battled through the snow to buy me one as I was up northHi everyone!

F_F and I met about a year ago - I managed to get the soap and glory hat box sets that were on offer in Boots, Ms Fresian had not managed to get one so I got one for her - we realised from chatting on MSE that we lived fairly close to each other and have been friends since
F_F is a great ladyand we do try to meet up once every month or so.

Hi Pamela - can I join your VSP challenge please?
Just made this post on the "normal" sealed challenge thread and got directed here:Hax wrote:Would love to join in with you guys but I hardly ever use cash these days - other than the odd tenner here and there for buying coffee at work and the change from that is then put into my coffee buying pot...
What I have started doing though is clearing my bank account balance down to the nearest fiver each time I check it (which seems to be more or less daily) and sweeping that amount into a separate savings account. It's a bit like the sealed pot thing - just I never actually get my grubby mits on the physical cash!
Anyway, I'm hoping that by doing this I'll be sweeping around £3 to £4 a week into the savings account so will hopefully get in the region of £200 saved up for Christmas next yearMy posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.
