Poundland and the 99p stores near us always have the Simple talcs in LT - MrEH uses them as they are pure talc with nothing added which he likes.

Welcome back! There seems to be a few of us it's gone a bit pear shaped for this week!

Right - better confess to the OOTW coming in here as well - just couldn't resist and will be eBaying some of the bits in the new year. FlakeAway will definitely be going as I don't like that, and probably the puff, the bag itself, and the storage box. Am currently undecided about the lip gloss, the shampoo and the wipes. Had a couple of IN's from my Avon order too - a quick dry nail oil which I love, and a new foundation which I will have to get changed as the colour is wrong. I will be needing new soon though so that was a necessary purchase, and only cost me about £3.50 as well on demo for reps.

Oh Rosemary that is so rubbish - is there no chance he can find a flight from another city which IS still leaving, or maybe fly to somewhere different and travel from there to you? I'll cross my fingers that he gets something sorted anyway. xx

I know what you mean. I'm probably going to end up buying some BS body scrubs and I don't mind buying stuff in the Boots sale as I keep it all year as presents for others and it saves me a small fortune, but still and all...

You know, I have to say that I will probably use all the S&G stuff as I haven't tried any of it, but it will be a nice opportunity to do so at a slightly lesser price.

And I've realised something. I genuinely had never heard about S&G before I joined this thread. I had never bought a BS scrub, and rarely a body butter, and this leads me to the conclusion *pauses for dramatic effect then points around at everyone accusingly* that YOU LOT are a bad influence! :rotfl:

okay...one IN which is nivea's tinted moisturiser...I never wear foundation...I don't even own any (only powder stuff which I never use!) so I thought I'd give this a go for the party season...but it's my only IN since beginning of Nov ..x

One UU (well, chuck out) here - Sanctuary salt scrub. It had gone all hard and manky so I binned it and felt such a sense of relief!!! It's £9.99 new (though I don't think I paid that much) so will dutifully add it to the pot (and my sig). WIBA - NO!!!! Gah!

I've got a jar of this that I had free with a Grazia voucher ages ago. Perhaps I'd better make a start on it soon then!

I'll buy gifts for other people but that doesn't count (I meant I'm already eyeing up pressies for me to buy for me in the boots 50% off sale!!)

I do have an UU to report: S&G hair supply (from last years hatbox!), WIBA: prob not, it was okay but nothing special, smells nice but leaves hair feeling a bit lank afterwards.

Pickle you're right, i'd never heard of S& G before i joined and i'm almost glad i have excema so i daren't risk trying it.
I do find that the thread does make me obsessed about trying to finish bottles, and i was surprisingly and unreasonably dissapointed that my friend bought me Sanctury things for christmas when i do love them.
I am going to have to give up on the Dove shower gel though before i've finished the bottle as i've now got patches on my skin which are really itchy again and it's probably the lanolin which is causing it. It is annoying me though that i can't finish the bottle.
