No more UU's but a minor rant my shampoo has gone walkies from the bathroom - I assume my landladies daughter has taken it wherever she's staying tonight, am going to have to start keeping my stuff like that in my bedroom since things are pretty much always being used by the family- and I was left a note a couple of weeks ago by the same daughter reminding me to make sure I only use my own things in future. Particularly wound up tonight as I wanted to have a shower and wash my hair when I got home from work this evening.
Also an IN as my secret santa was a body lotion and bubble bath set.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • Congratulations NoyNoy - what great news.

Enjoy your graduation RoshyDoshy and have a fab time in NY!

Belated happy birthday to Rosemary and hope you are feeling better.

Hope everyone's Xmas preparations are going well. It's hard fitting in a beauty regime at this busy time though isn't it. I finally got around to filing my feet today and I will slather on the foot cream before I go to bed. I need to dye my hair as well - must do that tomorrow night as I have a couple of dos to go to over the weekend.

Well not going to be using make-up (unless lippy and eyes only!) for the next few days, I currently resemble :rudolf: and so would be wiping off the foundation every time I sneezed/blew my nose :rotfl:

Mind you I AM using some embrocation which has Wintergreen/menthol and eucalyptus in it so the spirit of the challenge is still there :o

    rosemary54, don't buy it!
You've bought loads of lovely stuff to treat yourself with and the S&G set isn't that great. Not even Tara's buying it (sorry Tara ;) ).
Just think, you're on here to clear your stash because you were feeling guilty about the amount you have. This will be adding more to your stash and you may not even like it.
I got some last year for Christmas and I don't like the smell of it. I really struggled to use it and in fact I still have a body scrub to get through. I keep making DH use it on his mucky painty hands :D

I'm not buying the S&G set, still have lots and lots left over. If I need anything (hardly likely at the mo!) then I'll wait till they have a 1/3 off offer.
I have a couple of ins - Radox Smoothies shower gels, with the Boots ACm oupon they cost 41p so bought as many as I got coupons for! lol
Also the free mascara with the £2 off voucher plus 100points back, so in effect, Boots paid me 59p to 'buy' shower gel and mascara!!! lol
So have plenty but again that's why I joined this board, so off to the naughty corner! :)

UU or give away - Sactuary milk bath soak which i have gifted to a friend as part of their christmas pressy
But, it looks like the pressy i have been given in return is in a Sanctuary bag so i suspect it may just be more to add to the list when i get to open them. I'm not complaining though as it may be a new 'flavour' to try

I will do my best to avoid temptation... trouble is, I actually do love S&G and at £20 it's a good bargain! But I will remind myself why I'm doing this and maybe spend the £20 on something else - like this little beauty:

I have £14 on a gift card so it would only cost me £16, and I do love it. :)
