    Yep, they're not going bust. And I suspect they have a very expensive legal team on standby.

    and even if you do get £600pcm you're not going to make any money from it.

    I'd try and avoid buying it if you can. However, you will be one of hundreds doing it to them if not thousands, so don't expect a good response - I suspect you'll just get lots of legal threats. If they start negotiating with one they have to negotiate with all.

    As I say, get some strong legal advice and Good Luck.
