It' up to you. You could not complete and roll the dice. It could take them years to get the money out of you. In that time the market could improve and you may be in a better position with the other properties. However, should you lose you could end up paying their legal costs which could be very costly indeed. Of course, the opposite could happen and the market take a dive putting you in a far worse position. Nobody knows.
Ultimately, I think you need to get some good quality legal advice off someone who has good exprience of these things. They can look at your contract in details to assess what options you have.0 -

I know the area, I think most people in Hemel were hoping they'd pull the Kodak building down not make it taller! Although to be fair they are slowly but surely turning that end of town into a much nicer place than it used to be.

A quick look at rental prices for other flats there
Valuer says £600-£650 Developer's agent says £725-£800Originally Posted by JQ.

Again, can this be deemed as false advertising? as shown in a link provided earlier in thread
and others in that area from other agents might give u a better idea if this is worth trying?Only after the last tree has been cut down,
Only after the last river has been poisoned,
Only after the last fish has been caught,
Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten0
