I am a NHW Co-ord in my area and I have received this info from the police NHW Network stating that although it has been around for a couple of years could we make our members aware!
I guess the police must take it from here too

Our group leader puts the printout through one of our doors with a list of all the houses in the group at the top. Once you've read it, you cross out your house number and put it through the next door. Perhaps I'll staple the PhonePayPlus printout to the circular before I stick it through the next door.
