Standard tickets do not include crowns. Wonder how many people will not spend them all so bumping up the profits. What are crowns?
Crowns are the official currency of Taste of Christmas - they are used to buy food and drinksfrom restaurants, bars and exhibitors. You can beat the queues by purchasing your Crowns online, or if you prefer to wait or wish to buy more, Crowns will be available at the event from the Crown Bank.
WILL CASH BE ACCEPTED AT TASTE OF CHRISTMAS?
All exhibitor stalls at the show will accept cash with the majority accepting both cash and crowns. However, Taste of Christmas restaurants will only accept Crowns for purchasing food.
WHAT'S A CROWN WORTH?
£1 = 2 Crowns
HOW MANY SHOULD I BUY?
The average dish from the restaurants at Taste of Christmas is 8-10 crowns (£4-£5). Servings are tapas-sized - small enough for you to try more than a few dishes, but large enough for chefs to show off their skills. Crowns are available to purchase in books of £10.
ARE CROWNS REFUNDABLE?
No. You will not be able to return unused crowns. So make sure you spend every last one!0 -
Looks like we have all got them! Reminds me of the many complimentary tickets they give out to the Grand Designs show. I too can't attend0
