Won Tickets to Taste of Christmas ....But can't attend

It seems as though Ive won tickets to "Taste of Christmas" at the ExCeL in London, but I cannot attend.
They are a runner up prize, Im not sure what the main prize was for.
The link provided in the WEM takes you to a page where you can book your tickets free of charge!!!
I would imagine that they probably give alot of these tickets out though.
