Help needed

Options
Hi, We have recently had installed a new woodburning stove, ACV hot water tank and radiators.

The Stove is a Hunter Herald 14 (solely burning logs), the ACV tank is a Smartline SLE240 and we have standard radiators.

The system has been in place for a week or so (unfortunately through really deep snow and cold temperatures), but we cannot seem to get it to work correctly. Every now and again we can get heat through the radiators when the primary air vent is closed, but the heat lasts for 10-15 minutes then dissipates again.

Also, we cannot keep the stove going overnight (with both primary and secondary vents closed and burner stacked), having to start it all again the next (cold) morning.

If anyone could offer and advice, it would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information, please let me know.

Thanks
