    Hi Mikey,

    The insurers approach to penalising people for non-fault claims was discussed on the "One Show" this evening (Thursday 2nd December) on BBC1. The presenter Dominic Littlewood reported the same thing that I did at approximely 19:24 p.m. If you are interested then you might be able to find it on iPlayer.

    (if it wasn't clear initially) please note I am only reporting what insuers do, I am not personally endorsing their approach, I was merely reporting their rationale in answer to a question. I believe I reported it corrrectly.
