i placed an order with jean patrique for a kitchen aid pasta attatchment at a cost of £75 with postage the money was taken from my account i did receive an email confirming my order, 14 days later my pasta attatchement had not arrived so i contacted them by phone to be told that it was out of stock, i thanked them for letting me know this (not) and asked them where my money was they said that it had been reimbursed 10 days earlier, on checking my bank account found that it had not been reimbursed at all, i called them back (at a cost i might add because their calls are not cheap), to be told it should be in your account by tomorrow and if not to call another premium rate number tomorrow. i will do this. but thank you Jean Patrique for discounting your goods that do not arrive or you probably dont even have in stock in the first place, thank you for your customer service which is second to rubbish, and thank you for ripping me off, i will never order from them again, and if my money does not arrive they can expect a call from the local bobby.

Another newbie poster singing their praises - not suspicious at all.

They are rubbish. They even sell your contact details to all and sundry even when you tell them not to. I mean, I ask you, if I order a set of knives does that automatically mean I need a penis extension? And I know it was them because the email address I gave them was unique to their site.

Just wanted to say that I have ordered an item discounted to £39.99 form £79.99 24th April and am still awaiting it today - 22nd May!
There was no telephone number to contact them, I emailed them and had no response. I put a message on their FBook page, nothing.
It was only when I googled 'problems with Jean Patrique' that I came across this thread that gave a landline number.
I rang today and requested the item be delivered tomorrow and that I will wait for it if I know its being delivered. I have also asked for a call back this afternoon from 'his' supervisor to confirm its being delivered by courier tomorrow. They told me they had tried to deliver it three times - leaving a card three times... They did not as they cant leave a card unless they get access to the post box in the hallway of our complex! They were given my mobile number as well so there was no excuse not to call.
Anyhow, I have said that if it is not delivered tomorrow, after all this time, then I am in need of a refund as we go away on Friday and we only ordered it to take on holiday with us. So we shall see whether it is delivered tomorrow - if it is not, then after seeing this thread - I think its time that someone got Watchdog on them as this is not on when you spend a fair amount of money and dont get your items.

If I dont get a call today though to confirm delivery tomorrow, then I am going to just call later and get a refund as I am not going to sit indoors all day tomorrow, the day before my holiday when really I need to be out shopping. Here's hoping.

Will come back to post either way as if it is delivered tomorrow, its also good to write this here too.

Wow I am so glad that I always do a bit of digging around before ordering from a company I have never used before, I’ve been looking for a nice cast iron set and came across the Jean-Patrique site, the value of the items in my cart is over £300 so I’m more than relieved that I didn’t just check out without checking up on the company.

I was also looking for an item that my FIL had asked me to find so I had several browser windows open. I have got into the habit of clicking on the contact us links just to see where a company is and got a bit of a shock when I clicked on the about Jean-Patrique link at the bottom of the page and recognised the address, which is the same address used by Home Shopping Selections hss.uk.net it has also turned out to be the same address used for Personal Choice personal-choice.co.uk and Easylife easylifegroup.com

I’m not saying any of these are related but them all having the same address is a bit too coincidental for me so needless to say the £40 item FIL wants will not be ordered from any of these sites.
