Wine helps if you've got a negative. Maybe if you send a crawly email to the negative giver and ask them to revise, seeing that you gave them the goods for free.
Otherwise, just sell 4000 other things to wipe it out!
I think sometimes buyers live negatives just coz they are in a bad mood at the time.
Even though I'm the most perfect seller on Ebay! (LOL) I have now 2 negatives, one coz they didn't like the colour! (It was black so technically has no colour) - They also got a full refund including postage of item back to me.
The other was they thought the item was too small, although it is exactly the same measurements as I gave in my description.
Never mind.
I have also had a neutral that just says 'Good', but the buyer leaves a neutral for everyone.
Anyway, don't worry about it, it happens to most of us, I think you are just lucky if you don't get an unjustly negative nowadays.0 -
