Two days ago got a NEG!!
Wrong item sent, would not replace till returned, have refund now though.
What is it with these idiots.
And EBAY refuse to remove them.
Guess who will be closing his shop VERY soon.

Just like giving someone the wrong change. Very easily done.
Not only did I reimburse ALL costs inc cost of goods I ALSO, as a gesture, sent the correct goods FOC!!

Not being rude, but you come across in your posts as being a little intense, so perhaps you came across as rude/stroppy in your correspondence, hence they left a neg as they didn't enjoy the transaction.
Why not just respond to the neg saying "correct item sent and return postage refunded"Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

I've made mistakes, including the one you've made, but I generally treat my buyers with respect and put mistakes right. The thing to do when you make a mistake is for you to put it right, including reimbursing someone for the wrong item you sent them.

It's that they know a seller can't give anything but a positive. Didn't used to be this way but it was changed to stop feedback extortion by sellers. Unfortunately it has lead to the possibility of feedback extortion by buyers and buyers are more picky than they used to be.
At best buyers don't take as much care as they used to because it doesn't affect them if they leave unfair or untrue feedback.
I've been using ebay for 5 years and never got a neg before this year. I got the second neg removed by ebay as it was defamatory the first is still there. I still don't know what to make of a neg with the comment "good ebay purchase"0 -

He denied recieving the TWO packages and only returned ONE.
What would YOU have done different to me?

So you have tracking numbers to prove they received two packages? Things go missing in the post!
It was your error yes people make mistakes and yes you have tried to put them right but think about it from the buyers view, he has had to go to the post office to post one back if its anything like my local post office could have been there queing for up to an hour at this time of year and hes had to to wait a lot longer for the item. I wouldnt have personally left a neg unless you were rude to me maybe a neutural as i wouldnt have been happy with the inconvence of it all either!0
