You need to send in three CCG2's each year so that sounds like it may be the issue if you've only sent 2 off. What they'll do is deduct the full amount of what was due on the one you didn't send.0

I am in my first year, so have just sent the second CCG2 form as required. I have sent both in as soon as I've paid the nursery shortly after getting my finance.
I rang SF yesterday and they said that if thats how my CC has been calculated following receipt of the CCG2 forms then it must be right. I am sure, however, that my payments are the same as the estimates on the CCG1 form. I just don't want to end up short with the final payment or next year, I have tried re calculating but I can't for the life of me work out where they have got their figures from.'Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans'-John Lennon
