It seems like the only orders that have been delivered are those that included a gift bag ? Please do correct me if i'm wrong though?
Mine didn't so i'm not hopeful. It's still showing as placed on the website and no comms from joules? Wonder if they'll just leave the orders in limbo or contact us?0 -
Several other posters said they received theirs without ordering a giftbag so you still have hope!0

You should never contact a company regarding a glitch... :eek: Just leave it in the lap of the gods and we will be ok. If not, there's always the next glitch. But defo keep schtum.
