NetFramework

Am wondering if it is safe to download and install NetFramework from Microsoft as I suspect this is what may be causing me problems. Works spreadsheet won't print and the program won't reinstall, and have an empty box in "Turn Windows features on or off". Have tried sfc\scannow, restore, disk check and Windows repair.…
