sold flat on fri, still not recieved the money

    just got home, thought i'd give the sols a chance but just checked my bank and still no money, and my mortgage is still running. phoned sols but their not in. its been one thing after another with this sale. got to go, the phone is going, hoping its them

    you need to speak to sols during their day, do you get a break at work when you can phone them?

    If not put a letter through the door explaining you do not have the money and ask them to speak to your answerphone with the reason.

    they defo wont be able to afford either a ferrari or aston martin with the money i'll be left with, maybe a clio if their lucky ;) and thats pushing it. just annoying as u think that they shouldn't need pushing all the time. still no phone call, rang up at lunch but never got a call back then either.

    They probably didn't actually tell the solicitor what to do with the money. So the solicitor still has it in the client account.
