O2 Through Carphone Warehouse

Have just taken out a contract with O2 through carphone warehouse, got home and nothing in the box about O2's T&C's, all i know is i get 250 xnet mins and 100 texts per month, and recall seeing somewhere about different reset times, ie- different from contract date
also does this cover 0845/0870 numbers? Can anybody help please?

Were they "clearance" items? I ordered two O2 contracts through e2Save and OneStopPhoneShop (CPW subsidiaries) and the description says the phones will be barebones. ie. not in the original box and just the phone/charger are guaranteed to arrive - so maybe the "paperwork" will arrive separately? I'd do screenprints of the T&C from the confirmation email links just in case theres any problems later on.
On the 0845/0870 numbers, I called O2 directly before placing the orders and they confirmed these are included in the CPW tariffs and there are no plans to change this in the short term (theres another thread on here where someone suggested they may not be included for new customers from 01/11/06).

No it is new, direct from a CPW shop. I have phoned O2 they say to phone CPW which i have but they seem unhelpful:o0

Also for the first few days (it varies mine was 7-10 days i think) carphonewarehouse bill you on a pro rata basis and then the billing date is whatever they set it at. This is when the next full months free minutes/texts etc start but then they will reset at the same date every month0 -
