I have already joined Cocosa, but got this error at first (probably about 2 weeks ago) when I tried to join, but it did work a few days later.

However you can find and join Cocosa now, by clicking on Shopping at the top of the Pigsback page, then click on All Shopping Partners at the bottom of the list - then go to c from alphabet listing at the top and you will find Cocosa.
