Virgin Cancellation charge

Hi Guys,

Need some help, I moved from my property begining of November and had a three week period in which I moved into my new property for these three weeks I was staying with friends who already had virgin.

So bascially for three weeks I couldn't install Virgin anywhere, I did give them the date of the new moving date and they booked an engineer to install Virgin for us.

Today I get a Internet Cancellation and a Phone Cancellation charge of a combined figure of £120.00

Has anyone else had this or can advise because I haven't cancelled my services and they never advised me I would be charged this.

Cheers:cool:

If you have not cancelled your services you are still paying the monthly bill??
Did the engineer arrive on the due date .

You left home A but did not cancel with a three week gap to occupying home B ?

Have you spoken to Virgin customer services .

Have you spoken to VM? If they have handled the move and have the engineer booked, there does seem to have been an error somewhere along the line.
