Is this a bit weird or is it just me?

I just went on ebay and searched for Nigella Lawson and was scrolling down the cookery books and bakeware when I came across a picture of her topless- thought that it was a bit strange (she doesn't strike me as the type) so clicked on the link and seen that the seller appears to be selling loads of pictures of superimposed topless celebrities but one in particular shocked me a bit as she looks quite young on the picture.
Is this allowed? Ebay is so hit and miss! I once tried to sell a pair of glasses and they pulled them but this is allowed? Strange!
