    How many other stores go out of stock quickly, when there's a Grabbit identified? (especially on Uggs - I can think of Shudoo VERY RECENTLY)
    Unfortunately - they're out of stock - that's all. At least they've been quick to inform you - not like some other retailers that would have left you hanging on with no communication for weeks on end.
    Get over it and move on.
    What exactly do you think you'll hope to gain by trying to whip up a hate campaign?

    i just wish i knew how much i am going to be charged as one item is out of stock and 2 are on way - have no idea if i will be paying full price or what??!!! wont be bale to open them until i find out lol

    so far its the full payment still on harrods account, i also think the full payment has come out of my bank - but will have to wait till tomoz to see my actual transaction on statement. lets hope it will be in my favour or they will have to go back lol

  • I have now got delivery created, not holding my breath.....yet! My mum gets free delivery with her reward card! fingers crossed.....although she doesn't know what I have ordered as its a surprise for her! hehehehe

    Recieved my email confirming the despatch of my order! Husbands xmas present sorted! Mine went from delivery created to goods issue then despatch so keeping my fingers crossed u get the same lovebargain13 xx

    So glad you got this delivered!!! I haven't heard anymore from Harrods yet, but have fingers and toes crossed, making it difficult to walk... I think even if it doesn't work, at least some people managed to get what they wanted! No point in taking it out on Harrods if they ran out of stock... good luck everyone!!

  • If an item is out-of-stock then I imagine it's beyond their control.
    However if they are not honoring the transaction simply because too many people used the code -- i.e. the item is in stock but they don't want to give you the discount on a placed order, I suggest customers complain by letter (snail mail). This usually gets a faster and more thorough response than email complaints.
    Honestly though, did they assume the code wouldn't get released online?
    I think any orders placed should be delivered if available.
