Right diagram better with the window position gives you plenty of space in front of everything and your not on top of anything walking into room. Towel rail under window?
You could build an entire new drain out front with a completely seperate soil stack? My parents had a pretty long drain from their ensuite at back..down the side and across front lawn to reach drains at front diagonally on the other side of the house. A bit off-topic but sadly the old guy that dug it keeled over mid-dig and died on the spot from a heart attack.
Still i see the appeal of going the saniflo route and seems to make sense cost wise.
