Update: Thank You Cards

  • I see you've sorted this now but in case anyone is looking, there are quite a few sellers on Ebay that make personalised cards with photos and your own words.

I paid around £4 for 10 (delivered) from one seller when my LO was born in Jan and I've just had some more done as wedding thank yous.

    Just to update:

My order arrived, and having ordered 40 CARDS with 40 envelopes, I was REALLY p*ssed off to discover 40 photos with 40 envelopes.

I'd definitely ordered cards, as it even asked me what I wanted written on the inside, and if I wanted 40 photos, I would have paid around £3, not £18!!

Anyway, I phoned to complain, and it seems they've had quite a few complaints about this, and apparently that does actually count as a photo card! I pointed out that given they've got all the Snapfish info printed on the back, it can't be a card as there's no where to write your message to people.

They have issued a full refund to my credit card, and accepted the order was misleading and not what I wanted.

Back to square 1 now, although I don't have to return them, so might attempt to buy some card and use the photos to make my own. Not sure I have time to order any more now, as if I don't send thank you cards out soon, people will think I'm rude!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

As you've already got the photos, how about these?

I've used them before, they are great and on BOGOF at the moment so would be £20 for your 40 cards.

By the way, congrats on your new arrival. People won't think you're rude if you don't send out cards soon - it's only been a few weeks!
