Credanet Storage Heaters Not working - Cardiff

Hi Forum
I have credanet storage 'heaters' in my flat and again this year they are not working properly. Credanet is supposed to be very efficient but all I've had is grief with them and expensive bills.
I've had a guy out but he didn't undersatand it, I really need someone who knows about these heaters to have a look ........does anyone know of an experienced engineer for Cardiff area.
