That happened to be just recently, the kid was playing games on it, I think the PC got hacked or some kind of virus. You need to use your master discs that came with the PC to reset this. The feature of F11 for packard bell will not work anymore because the system files are all corrupt now, use the master disc. While the PC is on put the disc in and reboot and it will take you through the process. Hope it helps!!0
