for people having trouble with the website. i am pretty good with computers etc, but that has got to be one of the worst websites i have seen for user friendliness. would not load the javascipt windows half the time etc for the address. got there in the end though to order the choccies!

Just went back and bought 3 of the Keepsake Advent Calendars, they were £9.99 each (reduced from £14.99 each) and used 20% code and went through TCB.

Thanks and at the end of the order there is a questionnaire about the process. We could all I let them know it was not good at all. I know I did!

My order went through OK earlier today but I never recieved an email confirmation, just tried to log on to the website and it does not recognise my emaill address and password. Anyone else had a similar problem?

I got my confirmation e-mail stright away.
I was having problems paying with my card so I used the same card via paypal and that went through ok.
