    Bit worried now, haven't had an order confirmation from Thorntons, although I have my email from paypal to say the payment's gone through.

    Just tried to find my order details / account details on Thorntons site, but can't find a button to press.

    You tried looking in your junk email, just in case?

    When I add to my basket it only shows one pack? should it say about the BOGOF at the checkout stage or will it add it later?

    It's an amateurish website. Unless you go through the full account setting up process you won't be able to access any order details.
