Envirofone - Long Payment Delay

Hi,

How long have people had to wait to receive payment. I sent my phone on the 5th October by recorded delivery, the Royal Mail site is still showing no record of a signature.

Wish I hadnt bothered now!

Other threads indicate it can take up to 60 days for cashback to be received. Recorded delivery gives you compensation up to £32 if the letter is lost.

I've sent many things recorded to companies and they get delivered even though there is no signature. If the company does dispute this, which is very unlikely, you can claim £32 of the Post Office.

normally envirofine take about a month to send you the cheque.
In the past i've e-mailed them to check they have recieved the phone
